YouTube Channel Growth
During my time as a Content Manager, I worked side by side with the founder of the agency to grow the company's YouTube channel to over 1,000 subscribers. Together, we consistently posted high-quality videos that provided value to our audience and positioned the founder and agency as expert marketers. As part of my responsibilities, I generated ideas for videos, scripted content, created thumbnails, managed the editing process, and optimized the videos over time.
Through our efforts, the channel grew to its first 1,000+ subscribers since it was started back in 2018, and we received over 64,000+ views to our videos in the last year (Dec 2021 - Dec 2022). This achievement is a testament to our joint efforts in creating engaging and informative content for the agency.
Short Video Content
Short video content became a pillar in our content marketing strategy early on. We created over 100+ short videos that we used to syndicate across all social media accounts. I worked to create a cohesive editing style and optimized our process over time to create a content machine that pushed out long-form videos and short videos to help provide value to our audience and get eyes on the agency.
Twitter Growth
As part of our content marketing strategy, I was responsible for creating and publishing Twitter content on a daily basis. The goal was to increase engagement and facilitate conversations with other leaders in the space, while positioning the agency as an authority in their space. To achieve this, I focused on creating posts that showed personality and highlighted our expertise, including sharing how we helped our clients and the results we achieved for them.
Over time, our efforts paid off as we saw an increase in engagement on Twitter, which helped us to build relationships with other thought leaders and potential clients in the industry. Through this ongoing project, we were able to establish the agency's presence on Twitter and showcase our knowledge and expertise to a wider audience. Below shows the difference in growth in impressions between Dec - Feb 2021 and Dec to March 2023.
